Noulio is built by an Australian founder solving a problem they experienced themselves — the end-of-financial-year scramble to find and categorise a year's worth of receipts.
The goal is simple: a tool that organises your receipts the moment you upload them, so tax time, budgeting, and spending insights are always a few clicks away instead of a weekend's work.
Noulio accepts JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 2MB. Multi-page PDFs are supported — great for long invoices or emailed receipts. Images larger than 2MB are automatically compressed client-side before upload.
Noulio uses Anthropic's Claude running on Amazon Bedrock to extract vendor, date, total, payment method, and individual line items. Accuracy is high across typical retail and service receipts, and you can edit any field if the AI gets something wrong.

Yes. Export receipts by date range, category, or financial year — useful for tax time, business reimbursements, or archiving. Export formats include CSV and PDF bundles.

Not yet — but the web app is fully mobile-friendly. Open noulio.io on your phone and you can capture and manage receipts on the go. Native mobile apps are planned for a future release.
You can delete your account and all associated data from the account settings. Deletion is complete and immediate — receipts, images, categories, and history are all removed.
